FOR
REHABILITATION AND IMPROVEMENT OF THE
CHILD MINDING STATION AT PAGASA SCIENCE GARDEN - RE BID

1. The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA), through the 2025 General Appropriations Act (GAA) intends to apply the sum of One Million Six Hundred Twenty-One Thousand Six Pesos and 74/100 (Php1,621,006.74) only, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the “Rehabilitation and Improvement of the Child Minding Station at PAGASA Science Garden - Re bid”, PR 2025-08-0545 | IB 2025-36 INF-R. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The PAGASA now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works required is ninety-five (95) calendar days upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
