The Philippine Fisheries Development Authority (PFDA), through the 2025 National Expenditure Program (NEP) intends to apply the sum of ₱ 95,200,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Rehabilitation and Improvement of Camaligan Fish Port (Design & Build) located at Camaligan, Camarines Sur. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

The PFDA now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 480 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents/Instructions to Bidders (ITB).

Subject to existing rules, the PFDA adopts the Filipino First policy in the award of Government-s procurement contracts.
