  Description : 1. The Municipality of Esperanza, Masbate through Health Facilities Enhanement Program (HFEP) of 2024 intends to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Eighty-Nine Thousand Six Hundred Sixty-Seven Pesos and 02/100 (₱989,667.02) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Rehabilitation and Improvement of Barangay Health Station at Barangay Masbaranon, Esperanza, Masbate with Project Reference Number (PRN) of ESPERANZA-INF-2025-01-04. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  
  2. The Municipality of Esperanza, Masbate now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within ninety (90) calendar days from the start of the project. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II, Instruction to Bidders.
