Description : REHABILITATION AND ENHANCEMENT OF THE EXISTING
PRIVATE BRANCH EXCHANGE (PBX) AND REWIRING OF THE ICT
INFRASTRUCTURE AT NHQ-PCG

1. The Philippine Coast Guard through the General Appropriations Act for CY 2024
(Continuing Fund) intends to apply the sum of Eighteen Million Two Hundred
Three Thousand Two Hundred Seventy-Seven Pesos and 20/100
(Php18,203,277.20) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments
under the contract for the Rehabilitation and Enhancement of the Existing Private
Branch Exchange (PBX) and Rewiring of the ICT Infrastructure at NHQ-PCG.
Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Philippine Coast Guard now invites bids for the above Procurement Project.
Delivery of the Goods is required within One Hundred Eighty (180) calendar days
upon receipt by the winning supplier of the Notice to Proceed (NTP) with
warranty of at least one (1) year upon acceptance. Bidders should have completed,
