1. The Local Government Unit of Biri, Northern Samar through the LDRRM Fund, intends to apply the sum of ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY-ONE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED SIXTY-ONE PESOS & 80/100 (Php 181,161.80) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for REHABILITATION OF 45M PERIMETER FENCE-PHASE 1 AT BCES COMPOUND, BARANGAY POBLACION, BIRI, NORTHERN SAMAR for ITB No. 2025-01-11. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The LGU, Biri, Northern Samar now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required is 25 calendar days.
