The Local Government Unit of Biri, Northern Samar through the 20% EDF of the Municipality for CY 2025, intends to apply the sum of THREE HUNDRED FORTY-SIX THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED SIXTY-FIVE PESOS & 03/100 (Php 346,665.03) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for Rehabilitation of Water Impounding Dam and repair of Water Distribution Pipes at Bantigue, Barangay Sto.
