WHO is seeking for a qualified, eligible and competent proposer for the Regional Health Emergency Corps Training Electives.The selected contractor is expected to dedicate the following human resources to the project: A project manager of an adequate level of qualification and experience (please attach resume to your proposal) shall be dedicated to the project. The project manager should have proven experience in coordinating multi-stakeholder projects, conducting landscape analyses, and managing timelines and deliverables The designated project manager that should be the same all along implementation, including consideration in contingency plans in case the focal point is absent. A project technical lead with an adequate level of qualification and experience in health emergency workforce development, training programme design, and strategic planning for public health emergencies. This person will oversee all phases of the project, ensure quality management of deliverables, and lead the roadmap development.
