1. Mariano Marcos State University (MMSU), with offices at Quiling Sur, City of Batac, Ilocos Norte, invites the public to make an offer to furnish all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary and proper for implementing the above Project as per approved designs, plans, and drawings.
2. This process is in accordance with Section 34 of R.A 12009, The New Government Procurement Act, whereby the Procuring Entity requests for the submission of at least three (3) price quotations for Goods not available in the PS-DBM, Infrastructure Projects, and Consulting Services.
3. The offer must be in writing, submitted at the address below, not later than 7 days, together with the following documents:
