Description : The Mindanao State University at Naawan, through the General Appropriations Act 2026 intends to apply the sum of Five Million pesos (Php 5,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Refurbishment and Conversion of the MSU at Naawan Function House into Sinag Hall for the Proposed Hospitality and Hotel Industry Training Center. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

The Mindanao State University at Naawan now invites bids for the Construction/Renovation of One-Storey Building. Completion of the Works is required for One Hundred Fifty (150) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
