Description : I. PROJECT TITLE
Refilling of Expired Fire Extinguishers of GSIS Cagayan de Oro Branch Office.
II. TOTAL APPROVED BUDGET
The GSIS CDO has allocated a budget of Sixty-Five Thousand Pesos and 0/100 (PhP65, 000.00)
inclusive of all applicable taxes.
III. SCOPE / SPECIFICATIONS
The service provider should provide materials, tools, labor and other necessary services and
equipment required for the refilling of fire extinguishers.
▪ Cylinder cleaning and de-rusting
▪ General cleaning of valves and hose to remove clogs
▪ Repainting (if necessary), reconditioning, repair of valves assembly
▪ Hydrostatic testing
▪ Inspection of pressure gauge and hose
▪ Replacement of damaged / worn-out parts
▪ All fire extinguisher valves will be replaced with new settings, packing, and
spring to ensure leak proof valves
