The ZAMBOANGA SIBUGAY POLYTECHNIC INSTITUTE (ZSPI) formerly KABASALAN INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY (KIT), through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) of 2018 intends to apply the sum of ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (Php 100,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Refill of Fire Extinguisher for School Fire Safety use.
Price Quotation received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

Procurement will be conducted in consonance with Section 53.9 Small Value Procurement of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rule and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act 9184 (R.A. 9184), otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.
