PURPOSE: REHABILITATION OF RIPRAP/DUMPING OF LIMESTONE AT PUROK GUMAMELA, FLORES, CATMON, CEBU.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1.) Place of Delivery - Flores Barangay Hall, Flores, Catmon, Cebu.
2.) Delivery - 10 calendar Days upon receipt of Purchase Order.
3.) Payment - 30 calendar Days upon acceptance of complete delivery
4.) Warranty - Three (3) months. A retention money in amount equivalent to at least ten percent (10%) of the total contract price and shall be release after the lapsed of the warranty period, however, that the goods supplied are free from patent and latent defects and all the conditions imposed under the contract have been fully met.
