1. The National Housing Authority (NHA), through the Corporate Budget approved by the NHA Board for CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of ₱ 77,988,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Ref. No. 2025-10-012 (INFRA): Kidapawan Resettlement Project Located in Sitio Calaocan, Brgy. Paco, Kidapawan City. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The NHA through the Central Bids and Awards Committee (CBAC) now invites bids for the hereunder Works:
