Description : REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST

1. The National Housing Authority (NHA), through the Corporate Budget approved by the NHA Board for CY 2024 intends to apply the sum of the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract:

ABC (₱) /Source of Fund: 35,000,000.00/ Corporate Receipts
Contract Duration: 365 c.d.

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.

2. The NHA through the Central Bids and Awards Committee (CBAC) now calls for the submission of eligibility documents for the above-mentioned project. Eligibility documents of interested consultants must be duly received by the CBAC Secretariat on or before May 8, 2024, 9:30 a.m. at the Conference Area, CBAC Secretariat-s Office, 2nd Floor, Annex Building, NHA Main Compound, Elliptical Road, Diliman, Quezon City. Applications for eligibility will be evaluated based on a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion.
