INVITATION TO BID FOR THE

REDEVELOPMENT OF PLAZA RIZAL, A. MABINI ST., CALOOCAN CITY

1. The CITY OF CALOOCAN, through the Trust Fund - Local Government Support Fund (LGSF), intends to apply the sum of Twenty One Million Six Hundred and Fifty Two Thousand Seven Hundred and Three Pesos (₱21,652,703.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Redevelopment Of Plaza Rizal, A. Mabini St., Caloocan City. (General Scope of Work; General Requirements, Removal of Structures, Earthworks, Flooring Finishes, Civil Works, Glassworks, Metal Works, Roofing Works, Painting Works, Wall Finishes, Electrical Works, Disposal of Waste materials).

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected during the Opening of Bids

2. The CITY OF CALOOCAN now invites contractors with PCAB License and Registration appropriate to the project cost to bid for the Redevelopment Of Plaza Rizal, A. Mabini St., Caloocan City.
