1. The City Government of Surigao, intends to apply the sum of Three Million Eight Hundred Forty Thousand Pesos (Php3,840,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Reconstruction of Multi Purpose Building at Sitio Mahayahay, Brgy. Silop, this city (ITB No. Infra-26-080). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The City Government of Surigao now invites bids for Reconstruction of Multi Purpose Building at Sitio Mahayahay, Brgy. Silop, this city (ITB No. Infra-26-080). Completion of Works is required 120 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II Instructions to Bidders.
