The City Government of Lamitan, through the Office of the City Mayor under Repair and Maintenance-Rose Power Plant intends to apply the sum of PHILIPPINE PESO: ONE MILLION ONE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (Php1,100,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the RECONDITION OF GENERATOR AT R.O.S.E DIESEL POWER PLANT (SPARE PARTS & LABOR). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
The City Government of Lamitan through the Office of the City Mayor under Repair and Maintenance-Rose Power Plant intends to apply the following ABC per item to payments under the Contract or each item, to wit:
