Invitation to Bid for
REBLOCKING OF MUNICIPAL ROAD (S.H. GIMENEZ ST.)

1) The LGU-Macalelon, Quezon, through the 20% Development Projects of 2025 intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Ninety Eight Thousand Thirty Eight Pesos and Eighty Four Centavos (₱ 598,038.84) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Reblocking of Municipal Road (S.H. Gimenez St.). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The LGU Macalelon, Quezon now invites bids for Reblocking of Municipal Road (S.H. Gimenez St.). Completion of the Works is required Thirty (30) calendar days. Bidders should have completed within 5 years a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
