  Description : 1. The FIRST MISAMIS ORIENTAL GENERAL HOSPITAL (FMOGH), through
  Republic Act No. 12116, General Appropriations Act 2025 intends to apply the sum
  of One Million Nine Hundred Twenty-Five Thousand Six Hundred Six Pesos
  and Twenty-Five Centavos (Php 1,925,606.25) only being the ABC to payments
  under the contract for PB No. 2025-09-006 (GOODS) - Rebidding of Various
  Pharmaceuticals, Medical and Laboratory Supplies and Reagents. Bids received in
  excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
  
  2. The FMOGH now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the
  Goods is required within Ten (10) calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed
  (NTP). Bidders should have completed, within 2 years from the date of submission
  and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible
  bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions
  to Bidders).
