1. The DOH - Sulu Sanitarium and General Hospital, through the General
Appropriations Act 2024 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Fifty-nine
Thousand Five Hundred Five Pesos and 80/100 Only (₱2,059,505.80) being the
ABC to payments under the contract for Rebidding for the Supply, Delivery,
Installation of Various Medical Equipment, Inclusive of Preventive Maintenance
Services within the Warranty Period, and Formal Training for End-users II /
SSGHPB-2024-08-012-ME. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be
automatically rejected at bid opening.
