  Description : 1. Background
  
  As part of its Three Arrow Strategy and in accordance with the Government Energy Management Program (GEMP), PNOC is spearheading energy efficiency initiatives for government agencies. This project will serve as a proof of concept and model for broader adoption for other government entities.
  
  The project shall be named “Rebidding for the Supply, Delivery, Installation of Energy Saving Devices for Air Conditioning Units and Remote Energy Management System at PNOC Building VI”. The project site is located at PNOC Building VI, Energy Center, Rizal Drive, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City.
  
  2. Objectives of the Contract
  
  The intent of the Terms of Reference is to provide the general and technical requirements necessary for the implementation of the project.
