Rebidding for the Supply, Delivery and Installation of Solar Panels for Building A and B
1. The Philippine State College of Aeronautics (PhilSCA) through the Corporate Operating Budget intends to apply the sum Twenty-Two Million Pesos (PhP 22,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Bid entitled Rebidding for the Supply, Delivery and Installation of Solar Panels for Building A and B/PB2025 - Infra - 11. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. PhilSCA now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is 90 days after the receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
