  INVITATION TO BID FOR
  Rebidding for the Supply and Delivery of Various Radiology Supplies
  under IB No. 2026-04-13 (08)
  
  1) The Jose B. Lingad Memorial General Hospital (JBLMGH), through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) 2026 intends to apply the sum of Eight Million Two Hundred Twenty-Four Thousand Pesos (PhP 8,224,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Rebidding for the Supply and Delivery of Various Radiology Supplies under IB No. 2026-04-13 (08). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
