1. The ILOCOS TRAINING AND REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER (ITRMC), through the General Appropriations Act FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of TWENTY-EIGHT MILLION NINE HUNDRED EIGHT THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED FORTY-SEVEN PESOS AND TWENTY-FOUR CENTAVOS (PHP28,908,447.24) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the REBIDDING OF THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VARIOUS PHARMACEUTICAL DRUGS, MEDICINES AND CONTRAST MEDIA. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The ITRMC now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required for a period of six (6) months, on the scheduled dates stated in the approved Purchase Order (PO). Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
