1. The Philippine Normal University, through the GAA 101 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Five Hundred Seventy-Eight Thousand Pesos (Php 2,578,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Rebidding for the Supply and Delivery of Various Personalized Tokens and Memorabilia for the PNU Loyalty Awardees for 2024 (GD 2025-04-055). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Philippine Normal University now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by Thirty (30) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within Three (3) Years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project....
