VARIOUS NON-CRITICAL MEDICAL AND SURGICAL SUPPLIES

IB NO. 2025-GOODS-006R-02-0212

1. The ILOCOS TRAINING AND REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER (ITRMC), through the General Appropriations Act FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of TWENTY-EIGHT MILLION TWO HUNDRED FORTY-TWO THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED SIXTY-FIVE PESOS (PHP28,242,265.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for REBIDDING OF THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VARIOUS NON-CRITICAL MEDICAL AND SURGICAL SUPPLIES. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The ITRMC now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required for a period of six (6) months, on the scheduled dates stated in the approved Purchase Order (PO). Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
