1) The National Aviation Academy of the Philippines, formally known as the Philippine State College of Aeronautics, through the Corporate Budget for the contract approved by the governing Boards 4 intends to apply the sum of Ten Million Three Hundred Nineteen Thousand Four Hundred Thirty-Six Pesos, PhP 10,319,436.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Rebidding of the Supply and Delivery of Various Information and Communication Technology Equipment/PB2025-Goods-19. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
