1. The Municipality of Mendez-Nuñez, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites all prospective bidders to apply for eligibility and subsequently bid for the:

a. Name of Project : Rebidding for Supply and Delivery of various Firefighting Equipment and Other Supplies and Materials for Bureau of Fire Protection
b. Approved Budget for the Contract : Php462,402.93
c. Bid Document Fee : Php500.00

2. Bids exceeding the stated amount of ABC shall automatically be rejected at the bid opening.
