Description : REBIDDING OF THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VARIOUS CRITICAL MEDICAL AND SURGICAL SUPPLIES THROUGH FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT

1. The ILOCOS TRAINING AND REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER (ITRMC), using a single-year Framework Agreement, through the Income, intends to apply the sum of FOURTEEN MILLION TWO HUNDRED SIXTEEN THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED THIRTY-THREE PESOS AND EIGHTY CENTAVOS (PHP14,216,233.80) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the REBIDDING OF THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VARIOUS CRITICAL MEDICAL AND SURGICAL SUPPLIES THROUGH FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT. Bids received in excess of the total cost per item shall be automatically rejected.

2. The ITRMC now invites bids for the REBIDDING OF THE SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF VARIOUS CRITICAL MEDICAL AND SURGICAL SUPPLIES THROUGH FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT. Delivery of the Goods is required within two (2) calendar days upon issuance of Call-Off.
