Description : 1. The Philippine Normal University, through the GAA 2025 intends to apply the sum of Four Million Nine Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos and 00/100 only (Php 4,950,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Rebidding for the Supply and Delivery of ICT Equipment for Various Offices in the University for FY 2025 (GD 2024-12-159). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Philippine Normal University now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by Sixty (60) Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within Three (3) Years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
