1. The Barangay Naparaan Salcedo Eastern Samar, through the Barangay Development Fund intends to apply the sum of (ONE HUNDRED THIRTY THREE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED FORTY FIVE PESOS ONLY] (133,445.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for [Rehabilitation of Water System). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
