Description : The Electrical Installation show in the plan shall conform to the latest edition of the Philippine Electrical Code, rules and regulations of the local company and the local government where the project will be constructed.

All electrical materials and equipment to be used in the project shall be brand new and approved quality and brand.

The electrical wiring outside the building shall be through RSC pipes not smaller than 20mm diameter

There shall be one service drop from the nearest electric company pole to the proposed building

Wires to be used inside the building shall be not smaller than 2.0mm2 THHN wire with 600V insulation.

The type of power service to be supplied shall be single phase, 230V, A.C.

The mounting of electric devices shall be follows:

a. Wall Switches - 1.37m Above Floor Line
b. Convenience Outlet - 0.30m Minimum above floor line
c. Panel Board - 1.80m Above floor line
d. Kilowatt-Hour Meter - 1.63m Above floor line
3. Emergency Light Outlet - 2.40m Minimum above floor line
