Description : Scope 1: Rehabilitation of Male and Female Comfort room and Office

1. Removal of existing plumbing fixtures (water closet, lavatories, and urinals) on male and female comfort room.
2. Removal of existing floor and wall tiles on comfort room to include floor tiles on office.
3. Demolish wall partition on Male and Female comfort room and renovate base on the attached key plan.
4. Rehabilitate and conceal all plumbing and sanitary line.
5. Supply and install new ceramic tiles for comfort room flooring and walls.
6. Supply and install new ceramic tiles for office floor.
7. Supply and install new plumbing fixtures (water closet, lavatories, urinals, faucet, bidet) including floor and deck drain.
8. Supply and install new face mirror for comfort rooms.
9. Supply and install toilet cubicle partition for water closets and urinals
10. Rehabilitate walls with cracks.
11. Supply and installation of new exhaust fan for comfort room.
12. Remove existing lighting fixtures, wires, and conduit.
13. Conceal all electrical wirings.
