1. The Municipality of Lemery, through the Annual Budget, CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Two Hundred Seventeen Thousand Nine Hundred Thirty- Eight Pesos & 50/100 (Php3,217,938.50) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Rebidding for the Purchase of perishable and non-perishable goods for the Supplementary Feeding Program for Day Care Children and for hot meals of patients' companion at Batangas Provincial Hospital and Lemery Dialysis Center

2. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
