Description : Invitation to Bid for the Rebidding of the Provision of 400V Nominal and Lift Station Connecting to STP for ADB Isolation Facility
1. The Mariveles Mental Wellness and General Hospital, through the Approved General Appropriation Act of 2025 under Hospital Facilities Enhancement Program Sub-Allotment Advice (SAA-2025-09-004535), intends to apply the sum of
Fourteen Million Six Hundred Forty-Two Thousand Four Hundred Forty-Nine Pesos and 13/100 Only (P14,642,449.13). Being the ABC to payments under the contract for the Rebidding of the Provision of 400V Nominal and Lift Station Connecting to STP for ADB Isolation Facility / 2025-25. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Mariveles Mental Wellness and General Hospital now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 45 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
