1. The Department of Education-Agusan del Sur Division, intends to apply through the RO-13-25-00321, the sum of Nine Hundred Two Thousand Eight Hundred Thirty Pesos (PHP. 902,830.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the above-mentioned project. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
