1. The DENR Regional Office VI, Iloilo City through the General Appropriations Act for FY 2025 intends to apply the sum of THREE MILLION ONE HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND AND 0/100 PESOS (PhP 3,150,000.00) being the total ABC to payments under the contract for REBIDDING FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF SEVEN (7) UNITS DRONE WITH RELATED SERVICES FOR THE ENHANCED NATIONAL GREENING PROGRAM (E-NGP). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
