1. The Philippine Public Safety College (PPSC), through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) of FY2025 intends to apply the sum of Nine Million Four Hundred Thousand Pesos (₱9,400,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for REBIDDING FOR THE ROCUREMENT OF ONE (1) UNIT AMBULANCE, AND FOUR (4) UNITS PASSENGER VAN FOR FY2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. Bidding is per item.
