RE-BIDDING FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF LABORATORY SUPPLY FOR DIAGNOSTIC FOR THE CONDUCT OF ANNUAL MEDICAL CHECK UP (WELLNESS PROGRAM)

1. The Local Government Unit of Sumilao, through the Mayor-s Office Fund CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php200,000.00 ) only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Re-bidding for the Procurement of Laboratory Supply for Diagnostic for the Conduct of Annual Medical Check Up (Wellness Program) at Sumilao, Bukidnon. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected during bid opening.

2.
