The Philippine Public Safety College (PPSC), through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) FY2025 intends to apply the sum of Seven Hundred Thirty Thousand Pesos (Php730,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for REBIDDING FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF E-LIBRARY SYSTEMS FOR PPSC HEAD OFFICE AND CONSTITUENT UNITS. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
