1. The Department of Health - WV CHD, through the PHM CONAP 2020 & SAA 2021-04-1284 Fundsintends to apply the sum of Two Million Twenty Thousand Eight Hundred Thirty-Eight Pesos and 44/100 Centavos (Php 2,020,838.44)being the ABC to payments under the contract for Rebidding of Procurement of Drugs and Medicines, IB No. SB-2021-028. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
