1. The Department of Health - WV CHD, through the DPC 2025 Fund intends to apply the sum of Two Million Five Hundred Fifty-Nine Thousand Four Hundred Sixty Pesos (Php2,559,460.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Rebidding of Procurement of Commodities IB No. SB-2025-045-A. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

The Department of Health - WV CHD, through the DPC 2025 Fund intends to apply the sum of:
