Description : INVITATION TO BID FOR THE REBIDDING OF LOT 2: SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF FOURTEEN THOUSAND (14,000) KILOGRAMS SHALLOT PLANTING MATERIALS

1. The Department of Agriculture - Regional Field Office 1 (DA-RFO 1), through the National Expenditure Program FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Two Million One Hundred Thousand Pesos (PhP2,100,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the REBIDDING OF LOT 2: SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF FOURTEEN THOUSAND (14,000) KILOGRAMS SHALLOT PLANTING MATERIALS with project identification number DA-RFO-1-2026-GOODS-011-R. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The DA-RFO 1now invites bids for the Early Procurement Activity (EPA) of the above Procurement Project, in accordance with the provisions under Appendix 31 of the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184 for the above-mentioned procurement project with the following details and minimum specifications, to wit:
