The Department of Health - WV CHD, through the DPC 2025 Fund intends to apply
the sum of Five Million Eighty-Two Thousand Nine Hundred Forty-Five Pesos (Php
5,082,945.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Rebidding of Early
Procurement of Medical Supplies and Logistics, IB No. SB-2025-002-A. Bids received
in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
