1) The Department of Health - Western Visayas Center for Health Development, through the NEP 2026 Funds intends to apply the sum of Seven Hundred Sixty Six Thousand Five Hundred Pesos being the ABC to payments under the contract for Rebidding of Early Procurement of Live-Out Trainings/Seminars in Mandurriao, Iloilo City (Framework) under IB No. 2026-024-A. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

The Department of Health - Western Visayas Center for Health Development, using a single-year Framework Agreement, through the NEP 2026 Funds intends to apply the sum of:
