1) The Department of Health - Western Visayas Center for Health Development, through the NEP 2026 Funds intends to apply the sum of One Million One Hundred Sixty Six Thousand Pesos being the ABC to payments under the contract for Rebidding of Early Procurement of Live-In Trainings/Seminars in Antique (Framework) under IB No. 2026-018-A. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
