LOT 3: REPAIR AND IMPROVEMENT OF HOME FOR GIRLS BUILDING (DESIGN AND BUILD)

1. The Department of Social Welfare and Development Field Office X through the General Appropriations Act FY 2024 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Three Hundred Seventy Five Thousand Pesos (Php 3,375,000.00) only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Rebidding of Design and Build of Various Civil Works for CRCF - Lot 3: Repair and Improvement of Home for Girls Building (Design and Build) with IB No. 2025-05-22. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The DSWD FO X now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required should be based on what is stipulated in the Schedule of Requirements.
