1. The National Irrigation Administration - Region 10 (NIA R10), through GAA CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Twenty-Nine Million One Hundred Forty-One Thousand Eight Hundred Fifty-Nine Pesos and Forty-Seven centavos only (PHP 29,141,859.47) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Construction of Slope Protection at Lateral G and Interlocking Blocks at Siphon no. 2 of Pulangui RIS, Valencia, Bukidnon under Contract Ref. No.: CW-BUK-GAA-2025-PULRIS-VALENCIA-REBID. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
