Description : 1. The Philippine Science High School-Caraga Region Campus (PSHS-CRC), through the FY 2025 General Appropriations Act (GAA 2025) intends to apply the sum ofNINETEEN MILLION FOUR HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (₱19,400,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the REBIDDING OF COMPLETION OF DORMITORY BUILDING II USING THE DESIGN AND BUILD SCHEME. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Philippine Science High School-Caraga Region Campus (PSHS-CRC) now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 300 calendar days from the date of the issuance of the Notice to Proceed (NTP): sixty
(60) calendar days for the Design Phase and two hundred forty (240) calendar days for the Construction Phase inclusive of thirty (30) calendar days for unworkable days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
