Description : Invitation to bid for the Rebid for the Supply of Labor and Materials for the Completion of National Crop Pest Management Center Building (Phase III)

1. The Bureau of Plant Industry (BPI), through the 156 AC Fixed intends to apply the sum of Two Million Nine Hundred Ninety-Seven Thousand Five Hundred Fifteen Pesos and One Centavo (Php2,997,515.01) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Rebid for the Supply of Labor and Materials for the Completion of National Crop Pest Management Center Building (Phase III) with ITB PR No. 2373-25BAC. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The BPI now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within Sixty (60) calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed within the last five (5) years (from CY 2020 to present) from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a single contract or an aggregate of utmost three contracts similar to the Project to be bid equivalent to at least fifty ...
